First off, I met her last Spring 2013

First off, I met her last Spring 2013, but only spoke to her for a little bit. Now we have each other for a Math class (I'm in college). We do our homework together and she has told me that I should take Statistics wit her next semester. I am assuming that she feels comfortable working with me. I fell for her last Spring and still I am. The only thing that keeps me fro being able o take her out to eat (unless after class) is the fact that she is a very busy woman. She has a kid 4-5 classes and she even works. I don't know how long I should wait till I ask her out though, because I feel like I might scare her off, make her feel Uncomfortable around me, let a lone, no longer want to take another class with me anymore. Would there be a chance to ruin this relationship? How long should I wait until I ask her to be MY girl? Should I ask her in the middle of Fall, or should I ask her next Spring 2014? If anyone can give me a advice, I'd appreciate it.
