In others words, small or tiny flags (that are made of some kind if
cloth, as opposed to a flag pin, toy flag, "fake" flag etc.), the same
as an "official" silk flag waving in front of a building/house etc.?? I
have some small hand-held flags and just want to know, is the etiquette
the same, such as I dispose of them properly if they are broken/worn??,
and what about folding them (they can´t really be folded of course,
hence they are hand-held, the kind you get at a grocery store or handed
out at a fourth of july parade). But obviously they are "real" flags
made of cloth with 50 stars and 13 red and white stripes..... they cant
really be laid upright but morally i know they certainly shouldn´t be
tossed on the floor like a toy....
Also, what constitutes a "real" flag, one made of cloth with all the stars on it, one made of silk....or what???
